Project Overview
I created this piece shortly after an accident that made my legs feel like a burden rather than a part of myself. To cope with the pain and temporary disability, I began fantasizing about cybernetics and how damaged limbs could be replaced, removed, or repaired at will. Instead of attempting to construct a functional blueprint, I allowed myself to delve into my own imagination of how it could be. I drew some inspiration from real-life technology, such as the headphone jack, as references for creating this drawing.
